Tystar is offering a set of service plans (for e-mail and phone call service requests) to ensure that you get the service for your equipment that you need. These plans have become necessary because of the volume of time spent on customers who have not been properly trained in the operation of our equipment or need a variety of support.
Customers who purchased new equipment from Tystar will be supported by e-mail or phone for the first year or as long as the warranty period lasts. If your equipment is out of warranty then one of three plans can be selected.
Attend a 40 hour training class at Tystar's facility including one year free e-mail and phone support is available.
A yearly contract is available In order to receive e-mail and phone technical support. This will give you unlimited access to any Tystar equipment related technical support whenever you need it.
Technical support is still available on a per problem basis. In this plan you pay only for the support you need with a P.O. or you may use a service voucher.
